Pay rate for the**Web Developer** £28000 to £32000 depending on experience

Hours of work as a **Web Developer**Monday to Friday 20 - 40 hours per week (flexible during 9-5) to be discussed at interview

About the **Web Developer**:

- To draw up detailed website specifications
- To design sample page layouts including font, text size and colours
- The design of graphics, animations and manipulate digital photographs
- To register web domain names and organise the hosting of the website
- You will carry out coding using a variety of software
- You can meet relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy
- Design of the website's visual imagery and ensure it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client
- To proofread content and make changes where necessary
- You will edit content, debug code and re-design web pages

The ideal **Web Developer**will have:

- Qualifications or experience in Web design
- A social, confident manner when liaising with various stakeholders
- A creative flair to ensure exciting results are delivered
- The passion for web development to keep up with trends and new information
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to maximise benefit to a client's product via use of design
- Relevant experience in one or more of these packages **Coding** - HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Dreamweaver, **Programming**:

- .net, XML/XSLT, ASP, PHP, Python, Django, **Design and graphics**:

- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, **Content management system (CMS)**:

- Wordpress, Adobe Business Catalyst, Drupal, Joomla, Ektron, Zope.
