Poolside Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Poolside Supervisor to join our team at our venue in Oswestry on Saturday mornings during term time. This crucial role involves overseeing our swimming teachers and liaising with parents to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Must be over 18 years old due to insurance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise swimming lessons and activities on Saturday mornings.
- Provide support and guidance to swimming teachers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the poolside.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of swimming principles and techniques would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be available on Saturday mornings during term time.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
