**What you will be doing**

You will take full ownership of the bp pulse corporate fleet. (On The Go Service) This is a team manager role with part admin, sales and account management. You will be leading the transition of EV fleet customers with access to bp pulse network. Identifymajor and key fleet targets, develop suitable offers and grow network utilisation and energy/membership sales.
- You will be managing a small team of Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Administrators.
- Full ownership of bp pulse fleet OTG (On The Go Service)
- Successful delivery of Service Level Targets and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) associated with the account
- Grow inbound leads through website, explore and identify direct sales strategy and lead on all opportunities
- Ownership of end-end Relationship across all Customer Levels
- Management, understanding the customers low carbon transition plans, establish a deep relationship map and generate account development plan for other low-carbon complimentary services
- Manage the administration and ensure customers business requests are managed within the SLA’s (Service Level agreements)

**Qualifications**
- Significant and demonstrable success in Direct Sales and Account Management for a similar sized customer portfolio.
- Proven track record in achieving success in negotiations with Major accounts
- Ability to manage high level relationships
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies for growth
- Self-driven, motivation and resilience
