The Role
As an Immigration Consultant with our firm, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and workload with the full support of our established brand and administrative resources. This role is ideal for those looking for the autonomy of self-employment without the isolation, offering a community of like-minded professionals and a platform for sharing knowledge and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all legal services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our network by maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
**Requirements**:
To become a consultant with us, we require that the work be conducted or supervised by:
- A qualified solicitor, fellow of OISC Level 3.
- Possession of a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- A strong client following or solid client contacts
- Strong understanding of the UK immigration system and procedures, with a track record of successfully managing complex cases.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a commitment to professional development and excellence in immigration law.
- Flexibility to manage your workload and client meetings, with the ability to work remotely.
