**RURAL ESTATE WORKER**

Experienced individual required as part of a small team for a Monmouthshire rural estate. The position requires flexibility to meet the changing needs of our estate throughout the year. Under the direction of the Estate Properties Foreman, duties include basic property maintenance, carpentry, fencing; wall repairs. Grass and walled garden maintenance under the direction of the Head Gardener are also important seasonal duties. Competitive salary.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
