About the Company: We are a leading Social Housing contractor that has been providing high-quality housing repairs and maintenance services to our customers for many years. Our reputation for delivering exceptional customer service has been earned through our commitment to excellence, and we are now looking for a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our team.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to cover Harlow, Bishops Stortford, and Saffron Walden. As a Carpenter Multi, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works within domestic housing properties. You will be expected to work to a high standard and ensure that all works are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out a range of carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, or electrical works within domestic housing properties
- Ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of all works carried out
- Ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Carpenter Multi within the social housing or domestic housing sector
- A recognised carpentry qualification or equivalent experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
