**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about the outdoors and sports? Join us as an Outdoor Sports Tutor at a leading child service provider in Kirkby. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple picturesque sites, engaging both mainstream and SEN children in various outdoor activities. You'll play a pivotal role in creating dynamic learning environments through one-on-one and group sessions, fostering physical activity and personal growth. This position isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a positive impact on children's lives through the power of outdoor sports.

**Type of Person We're Looking For**:
We're seeking a creative and energetic individual who loves working with children of all abilities. You should be a positive role model, passionate about inspiring and guiding children toward their full potential. While experience in forest schools, colleges, or SEN settings is advantageous, what matters most is your enthusiasm and dedication to making a difference. A valid driving license is required for this role as you'll be traveling between different sites.

**Interview Process**:
Our interview process aims to understand your experience and teaching philosophy. Expect a formal discussion about your background and qualifications, and possibly a teaching demonstration or assessment of your methods. The interview will last up to 45 minutes. Full vetting procedures will be completed before your start date to ensure a safe environment for all.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
