**Trainee CNC Programmer**
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee CNC Programmer to join our team. This role will be based out of our Rotherham factory.

Working within an Aluminium Door, Window and Curtain Walling manufacturing environment, the purpose of the role is to undergo training to a level where the Trainee can provide CNC Programming Support to Multifab across dual sites to a competent level, ensuring that all works are completed in line with technical requirements and quality tolerances against project lead-time.

The Trainee will obtain the skills to be able to programme multiple CNC Machine Types using a variety of different Software Packages.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Selecting the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
- Inspecting completed profiles to ensure that technical and quality standards are met
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models.
- Analysing information and finding the best solutions to problems
- Adding tools register, offsets, and settings.
- Writing and verifying all the technical elements and dimensions of CNC programs
- Maintaining clear and honest communication at all times
- Adhere to the company Health & Safety policy and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- A professional Computer Numerical Control certification will be an advantage
- Proven work experience as a CNC Programmer or a similar role
- Construction Industry experience would be desirable
- Experience and training in Geometric Dimensioning and tolerance.
- Aluminium Door, Window and Curtain Walling manufacturing knowledge would be desirable
- Working knowledge of Schuco Products is desirable
- A keen eye for details for accuracy
- Good multitasking skills.
