Mortons Print, based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire has long been established as one of the leading web offset newspaper printers in the UK with a large portfolio of clients and due to increased scheduling requirements, we are looking to recruit another Printer to join our dynamic team.

The person we are looking for will need drive, ambition, the ability to learn new things quickly and the passion to produce work to the highest standards of quality. They will already have the core printing skills required but training to enhance those will be provided.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week and involves shift working on a rota basis which does not currently involve weekends.

The printers’ role is to
- Operate and control a MAN newspaper printing press and mailroom auxiliary equipment.
- Be responsible for product quality and accuracy for the work they produce.
- Maintain accurate records of production activity.
- Actively contribute to the cleaning & maintenance programmes.
- Contribute positively to our continuous improvement drive and our general working environment.
