You will complete a 16 week probationary period in which you will be trained up through a combination of online learning, and hand-on experience side by side with the Management Team. During this time you will acquire the tools to lead the team independently, and ensure that the store is always maintained to the highest standard.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service inc. face to face
- Catering / food handling experience
- Previous experience leading a team is advantageous but not essential
- Driver's licence (preferred)
