Skylark Ward/Paediatric Assessment Unit are looking for a ward clerk to join our friendly admin team. This is a part time post, three shifts per week, 6.5 hours with flexibility in start and finish times in order to provide cover into the afternoon and early evening.

Skylark Ward is an acute 26 bedded Paediatric Ward with an 8 bedded PAU. Our ward clerks are an integral part of our service and team. You will need to be a team player, have the ability to work on your own initiative, have a flexible approach to tasks, excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, be competent in using IT systems.

Excellent communication skills are required as you will be the first line of contact for our patients, relatives and for telephone queries.
