To provide general administrative services for the Integrated Case Management function and Casework Manager within the establishment.- Responsibilities- Organise documentation required to support the ICM process. Updating prisoner records including Prisoner Record System Database and SharePoint Site and maintaining file systems.- Minute taking during case conferences and transferring to appropriate documentation. Record updates to support the ICM process and provide relevant statistics.- Communicate information with relevant external and internal agencies.- Updating MAPPA database on SharePoint Site and maintaining file systems.- Review HDC eligibility, complete initial documentation and update database on SharePoint.Working with Offender Outcomes Department and Residential function you would ensure all administration and recording is kept up to date including the following:

- Activity numbers recorded on PR2
- Labour Allocation Board recorded on PR2
- Minute taking during Offender Outcomes meetings and completing appropriate documentation.
- RTCC waiting list, minutes and outcomes to be maintained.
- All other relevant Case Management tasks as required.

**Person Specification**- Qualification Requirements- A minimum of 2 National 5s, or equivalent, including English and Maths/Arithmetic, (at grade 3/C or above) or relevant experience gained in a similar role and/or environment. ESSENTIAL- Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements- Competent in the use of MS Office Packages specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. ESSENTIAL- Ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental and organisational deadlines. ESSENTIAL Ability to record confidential information accurately and have excellent attention to detail.
