Multitask Recruitment Solutions are looking for an admin person for our client based in Blackburn.
It is a temporary to a permanent position on the day shift 8:30 am-5 pm Monday
- Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of orders using an Access database.
- Compiling and inputting invoices.
- Updating database.
- Answering & filtering incoming calls.
- Liaising with customers to update on current inquiries/orders.
- Sales calls
**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**:

- Previous experience in administrative work.
- Excellent organizational, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
