The Field Service Operator role is a critical role in the development of Legends growth in the UK. The role is really the face of the Legend brand to our customers.

**The operator is responsible to carry-out a number of duties in the field including**:

- Delivering our products to our customers nationwide.
- Getting any feedback from customers on-site regarding the Legend products, and understanding how we can improve our services and products.
- Taking enquiries from customers when delivering goods, and handing these through to the sales team.
- Templating new vehicles for Legend products.
- Some fitting of Legend products in demo vehicles, or one-off installations.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Full UK driving license.
- Enjoy driving.
- Prepared for some early starts or late finishes when required.
- Physically able for lifting boxes and parcels.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude towards customers, and employees’
- The ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills and a positive attitude to drive continual improvements forward
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
- Inclusion in bonus scheme
- Holiday allowance: 20 days + public holidays
- Must follow and support all company rules and policy
- Must follow company legislated safety rules and regulations
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM, Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM - (one hour in breaks each day)
