Our core business is window cleaning and this will make up **90% of your daily workload**, as your experience and knowledge grows there will be further opportunities to progress to an Exterior Cleaner should you wish.

We mainly use a water fed carbon lightweight pole system for Window Cleaning on residential properties, and sometimes you will be required to use the traditional window cleaning method for certain commercial properties.

Our company ethos is - **High Quality Cleans Every Time **So you must have an eye for detail, excellent communication and be physically fit. From time to time you will get to meet some of our customers so being polite, considerate and friendly is a must

We cover Aylesbury, but you will be required to travel to the surrounding areas up to an hour sometimes to start work, additional areas such as Thame, Tring, Wendover, Aston Clinton, Leighton Buzzard, Bicester are more.

We operate all year round in all weathers, so you must like working outside, you must be self motivated and enjoy working in different places each day.

We reward our team based on **Quality, Reliability and Effort** with a monthly bonus structure which enables you to earn an additional **£250 - £500 bonus each month**

Full-time PAYE, Permanent (NOT Self Employed)

**Salary**: £20,820 - £26,820.00 per year including Bonuses.

Workings Hours 8am - 4pm (sometimes you will be required to start work at 7am / 7.30am depending on the job)
