Working for a global organisation at their modern offices based in Great Tew with wonderful countryside views. This is a new role and as such, there is very much an opportunity for the right person to make the role their own and implement systems and processes to help achieve this.

The role is supported by a team of 3 and reports to the Group Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the management of the Accounts Payable ledger for the main group and subsidiaries
- Process and manage the day to day operational and overhead transactions together with paper-flow for the group accounts payable ledger to include managing the group's expense system
- Directly manage the AP element of the group's cashflow forecasts, to include cash timing together with assisting the Management Accountants in the production of weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts as required
- Prepare and review supplier payments and submit for approval
- Raise purchase orders for Head Office
- Production of monthly creditor reports to include reconciliation to control accounts and review supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist the Management Accountants in the production of expense analysis as necessary
- Prepare a monthly schedule of required cost accrual and prepayments and submit to the Management Accountants
- Develop strong accounts payable controls as part of a team
- Post and allocate AR receipts to client accounts and advise operations of cash receipts

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in multi location accounts payable ledger processing and control
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organisational and time management skills
- Efficient, reliable and thorough approach to Supplier payments and cash management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
