**This is the job**:
Joining the AA as an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Insurance and their Leadership Teams to provide strategic internal communication and engagement advice and support.
You will report to the Director of Internal Communication & Engagement and be responsible for developing and delivering activity to support business priorities.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Leadership communication programme for the Exec members, to ensure regular communication throughout teams and more broadly, across the AA
- Work with Leadership Teams to ensure regular communication of transformation across the organisation
- Sharing the transformation story to help ensure our people understand our journey to creating the future AA
- Measure and analyse the impact of activity on engagement levels
- Ensure a timely and targeted flow of communication through the team
- Ensure AA wide messages are made relevant and communicated to relevant teams
- Provide a voice to colleagues and find innovative ways to reach them directly
**What do I need?**:
**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Proven experience of building strong partnership’s, with Exec level stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at an Exec level
- Track record in developing multi-channel IC strategies
- Knowledge of change communication and engagement
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging according to audience
- Proven experience in working at a senior level in large, complex and fast-paced organisations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
