Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in private client required to join our busy and well-respected legal client in Colchester. As Legal executive you will be joining their well-respected Wills, Trust and Probate Team in providing legal support in a range of services to help guide individuals at this difficult time. It is essential to be considered for this position that you have a strong understanding of Wills, Trust and Probate as well as others legal matters involved within this.

**The Role**
- Working in a busy Wills, trust and probate team
- Provide a wide range of services to guide individuals to make decisions regarding their personal and financial affairs to enable them to plan ahead
- Assist families following a bereavement.
- Providing legal support for Wills, Trust, Inheritance Tax planning, Probate, Planning future care and Powers of Attorney
- Handling and managing own caseload
- Deliver succinct, high-quality advice

**The Person**
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years PQE legal in private client
- Strong understanding of Wills, trust, probate, inheritance tax, powers of attorney and planning future care
- Outgoing, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player
- Ideally have experience in handling and managing their own caseload, appropriate to their level of experience.
- Possess excellent client and team communication skills.
- Happy to travel to companies’ other sites if required
