Wellbeing Co-ordinator

West Devon CVS is a well-established, highly regarded umbrella body supporting not for profit organisations in West Devon. We are a small friendly team who practice Agile working.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Wellbeing Coordinator for the West Devon Primary Care Network area (Tavistock, Bere Alston, Lifton, Princetown, Yelverton) to work within the existing Wellbeing Coordinator team and alongside staff supporting community and voluntary action.

You will receive referrals from GPs, Community Health teams and Adult and Social Care and will play a vital part in helping people connect with services and activities in their local community, supporting them to identify and communicate their aspirations and motivating them to achieve improvements in their health and wellbeing.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £14.16 per hour
