Laborer (Nights)

Blink recruitment are now recruiting for 2 x laborers for the Burslem area. This is a temp to perm role with full time hours.

Working in a busy coating plant you will be responsible for wiring up metal items onto an over head crane system. this is a team effort job that requires careful manual handling.

Full PPE is provided along with training, induction and job security.

Working 22.00-06.00 Monday to Friday with optional overtime starting 2 hours earlier paid at time and a half (£16.58). Breaks are paid giving you a 40 hour basic week.

Optional overtime is also available on Saturdays again paid at time and a half.

This role is ideal for someone who likes to keep fit and is happy working permanent nights

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labour tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
