**Our client is an expanding car dealership group that represents some of the top automotive brands from both the UK and Globally. Due to this expansion, the Group require a qualified Health and Safety Professional to join their team.

***What you will be doing**:
As our **_Health and Safety Business Partner,_** you will play a key role in supporting or leadership teams across our client's dealerships. Ensuring our businesses are always on top of health, safety, wellbeing, and insurance matters. Travel to our sites across West London and Hertfordshire will be required.
- Coordinate the oversight of health and safety and insurance activities.
- Provide support and guidance to our dealership management teams on risk assessment, internal audit, and incident investigation.
- Maintain health and safety records.
- Be the point of contact for our sites to report any issues and then provide guidance and support in implementing the actions required to address them.
- Oversee insurance claims and keep records up to date.
- Support the Head of Customer Quality and the rest of the Leadership Team as they drive the right culture across our business.

**What we need from you**:

- Ability to demonstrate initiative and forward-thinking.
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Enjoy building strong relationships.
- Able to manage multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Have experience working with health and safety regulations
- NEBOSH General Certificate or similar would be beneficial.
- Experience with CDM Regulations 2015, would be advantageous.

Package
- £35,000 Basic + Bonus
- Monday to Friday
