**HR & Finance Administrator (Contract)**
- High School located in Surrey.
- Immediate start part-time contract until end of July.
- £23/hour, working alongside supportive managers.

Support the HR Manager and Finance Manager with administrative tasks including:

- Producing attendance reports.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Managing asset register.
- Writing policies and procedures.
- Managing inductions and new starter forms.
- Preparing ad-hoc HR reports.
- Processing accounts payable invoices.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Assisting with yearend finance reports.

**To be successful you will**:

- Have SIMS experience or similar.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be reliable and flexible to take on additional tasks as needed.

Licence/Certification:
