Evening Catering Assistant

We have an opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our Senior School Catering Team, based predominantly in our on site Coffee Shop. Duties will include preparing the Coffee Shop for opening, service of food and drink to our students, guests and staff, and clearing away after each service (including washing of dishes, utensils, crockery and mopping the floors).

It is important that the catering staff have an awareness of dietary requirements (nut, dairy, wheat allergies and vegan and vegetarian options), can work well and calmly during busy periods, have a friendly and welcoming attitude toward customer service, and an interest in the usual duties associated within the Catering and Education industry.

This is a fixed term position for 3 months with the possibility of extension, working 14 hours per week during term-time only (34 weeks per year). The working hours are from 6:30pm to 10:00pm on Monday - Thursday.
