**An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are now looking for a master of all trades to join our Retail Installations team.**

This role is based on an ad-hoc basis and could be up to 5 days per week. Hours are contract based and although we cannot guarantee hours, our expansion means that there will be enough hours weekly to keep you busy.

We are also more than happy to engage self-employed individuals who have the requisite skill set as outlined below.

Our mission at Green Field Marketing is to help brands and retailers manage their retail projects seamlessly by managing projects in retail environments from start to finish. From the initial planning stages through to repurposing of materials at the end of the cycle, we are a valued partner to the clients we work with. Our core services are installation, merchandising, aftermarket and maintenance.

**The role** is an exciting opportunity to work in high street retailers working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world.

Good DIY skills are essential, and any electrical experience would be advantageous. Also advantageous would be
- a man/lady with a van
- graphics/vinyl experience
- CSR card
- shop fitting experience. Many of our projects involve assembling and relocating display stands/counters in retail outlets and then merchandising them once completed so experience in working from planograms would be preferred.
- POS (point of sale) siting.
- Setting up FSDU's (free standing display units).
- Light box graphics installations.
- Installations.
- Merchandising.
- Working to Planograms.
- Vinyl fitting.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets.
- Profile shelving, install/merchandise equipment & implement display options to a high standard.
- Use initiatives to problem solve and suggest resolutions when encountering challenges.
- Ensure clear, regular, concise and detailed update reports to relevant key stakeholders.
- First-Class communication and relationship building skills.
- Majority of reporting is done via a Smart phone APP.
- Ability to illustrate strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Manage any client/field/office issues effectively and in a calm and timely fashion.
- Travel to the Republic of Ireland may be required.

**Additional information**
- We are looking for a driven individual who can drive a vehicle up to the size of a Luton.
- This will be an **intermittent project driven role **and work will be allocated as projects arise, therefore there are no guaranteed hours in this role.
- Work is based on on-going projects.
- This is a role where you will be expected to confidently engage with retailers, retail staff, clients and both internal and external stakeholders. You will need flexibility around working patterns, extensive travel and may include some overnight stays in other regions.
- A full valid driving licence and access to a 4g smart device is essential for this role.
- Lifting and manual handling may be involved, and additional training will be offered where needed.
- There will be travel required to the Republic of Ireland and we cover all expenses including out of town/overnight allowance.
- Pay and expenses will be processed weekly.
