Our Small Pack Operatives are a key link between our customers and our manufacture. They are responsible for operating the packing lines which produce the bagged flours you’ll see every day in supermarkets and shops. We are currently looking for two Small Pack Operatives to join our Packing Team at Wellingborough. Our team currently work an average of 42 hours per week on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, which involves 12-hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends.

The role will suit hands on, enthusiastic team-players with a can-do attitude. Some of the work will require you to work alone with mínimal supervision and you may also be required to take on tasks outside of your normal work area to help others in the wider team.
