Join our dedicated team at one of our a vibrant schools in Hounslow, London, as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional who has a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our students with additional needs thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher and SENCO to develop and implement tailored learning plans and strategies that meet the individual needs of students.
- Support students in developing their social and emotional skills, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Assist with the implementation of specific interventions and behavior management strategies as directed by the SENCO or class teacher.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, empathy, and understanding among all students.
- Regularly communicate with parents, sharing progress updates and collaborating on strategies for supporting students' development.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of a range of special educational needs, along with experience implementing appropriate support strategies.
- Ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility, patience, and a nurturing approach when working with students who may have diverse learning needs.

**Salary**: £75.00-£90.00 per day
