**The Firm**

Walsh Solicitors is a multi-office firm. The role is based in our Stockport Office. The firm covers areas such as Crime, Wills and Probate, Litigation and Conveyancing.

An opportunity has arisen in our Conveyancing Department for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant. The firm do not deal with volume conveyancing, and all of our work is within our locality from estate agents and mortgage brokers.

This position would suit a fee earner wanting to take a step back, or an experienced Conveyancing Assistant.

**Qualities**
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Experience with onboarding, file progression, drafting of documents, post completion
- Personable with good communication skills
- Ability to empathise and deal professionally with clients
- Highly organised, focussed and with ability to multi-task
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, displaying good telephone manner and ability to converse with people confidently
- Team player, prepared to assist other team members to enhance client delivery
- The desire to go the extra mile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
