As a Senior Painter and French Polisher, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the interior and exterior appearance of our hotel. Your expert skills in painting and wood finishing will ensure that our property remains pristine and reflects our commitment to excellence in all aspects of guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform high-quality painting and finishing tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and external structures.- Specialise in French polishing, ensuring wood surfaces are meticulously maintained and restored.- Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing holes and cracks.-
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritise projects.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to painting and solvent use.- Keep detailed records of materials used and work completed.- Continuously seek to improve processes and techniques for better efficiency and results.
