We are currently looking for a SEN teaching assistant to join a large primary school in Camden to support pupil in year 3 with Autism

**The Role**

In this role you will be the Learning Support Assistant for a pupil in year 3 with ASD on a 1 to 1 basis throughout all classes. The child requires support to access learning in the classroom and integrate with their peers. You will work closely with the class teacher, the inclusion manager and with wider support teams. You will be included in support review meetings and have daily contact with the parents to provide feedback. You will be provided with training and support from the school’s SEND coordinator.

This role is offered on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year and will continue in September 2024

**The School**

This large, 3 form-entry school is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and is situated in the borough of Camden over two sites and is easily accessible via public transport. There is a lovely, welcoming staff team in place and the school is popular within the local community. Pupils at the school come from a range of backgrounds and diversity is celebrated and encouraged. There are well-equipment modern play based learning areas within the school for pupils across the school. The school is dedicated to supporting staff to make professional progress and there are excellent opportunities for continuing professional development.
