Do you have PA or strong Administration experience? And have the ability to provide effective office support?

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established financial services company and they are seeking for a Personal Assistant for one of their Financial Advisor's based in their Goudhurst office.

This role will be working closely with a Financial Advisor providing them with strong Administration and client support.

You will be highly proactive, organised, strong communication and written skills, ability to prioritise workloads effectively, flexible, Administration/PA experience needed, confident/professional telephone manner and ideally financial service knowledgeand background.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for all clients.
- Managing the Financial Advisor inbox.
- Attending, preparing for meetings and following up with clients after.
- Taking notes in meetings and ensuring this is logged on the system accurately.
- Producing reports for clients and dealing with any queries.
- Updating and maintaining client files.

You will be based in the Goudhurst office and in the Cranbrook office on Fridays.

Role: Assistant for Financial Advisor
Location: Goudhurst, Cranbrook **Must be able to drive, due to their rural location**
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

**Salary**: £24,000-£27,000 DOE
