**Role purpose**:
To welcome customers into the showroom and deliver a first-class customer experience and assist them with enquiries and with product selection by providing advice and guidance.

**Benefits package**:

- Salary £21,000 - £25,000 (Dependant on experience)
- 24.5 Holidays plus bank holidays
- 09:00 - 17:00
- 37.5 hours
- 5 day working week

**Main duties**:

- To assist all visitors to the showroom with product selection by providing advice and guidance
- To cross sell and upsell where appropriate and always provided the product meets the needs of the client
- Use company systems to advise customers about stock and orders
- Process all quotes and orders accurately and in a timely manner for all clients
- Maintain regular contact with customers and Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders
- Work with sales Management and Marketing to increase traffic into the Showroom

**Specification**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

If you have experience in a Front of House, Luxury retail, Receptionist, Event coordination role or relevant experience/qualifications within interior design then this role could be ideal for you
