**Essential Skills**

- Update prescription and customer information when required
- Create customer folders for each care home
- Update the weekly flow to prioritise and communicate progress
- Arrange prescription checklist for care home/unit/residence
- Order prescriptions in a timely fashion to enable timely processing
- Communicate with other stations regarding any changes
- Complete courtesy calls and offer assistance to care homes
- Log every call made to care homes/units/residences
- To ensure that prescriptions are put on relevant I.T. system efficiently, quickly and accurately.
- Undertake detailed checks to ensure all relevant information is listed e.g. date, signature
- Ensure that FP10s (Prescriptions directly from doctors or hospitals) are all logged onto the system and endorsed
- Follow up on issues until issue resolved
- Liaising with, and following instructions from all senior employees
- Work as part of a team and actively demonstrate a willingness to support and achieve overall business objectives

- Pay rate Nation Minimum Wage - £9.50 per hour
- 28 days holiday including Bank/Public Holidays
