Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters Mate

Local tradesman looking for a labourer to assist with fitting of domestic kitchens and bathrooms in RCT, Vale of Glamorgan and surroundings areas.

**Duties include**:

- General labouring in multiple trades - plumbing, plastering, carpentry, tiling, general building work
- Measuring, cutting & installing materials
- Making plaster / adhesive mixes
- Maintaining clean and tidy work area and van

**Applicants must have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient using hand & power tools
- Own transport to work
- Plenty of initiative
- Eagerness to get stuck in and learn
- Good sense of humour
- Polite & positive attitude and be clean & presentable
- Physical fitness to lift & carry items of weight

**Additional information**:

- Work is very regular but not guaranteed
- Usually 3-5 days work per week
- Working hours between 8.30am - 4.30pm (full or part days)
- Monday - Friday (no weekends)
- Job ideal for someone just starting out or changing career
- On the job training in multiple trades for right person
- Starting wage is dependent on age & experience
- Pay will increase based on performance as new skills are demonstrated
- Long term prospects for right person
