FW Catering Ltd are a family run business from Melksham and manage many venues using our mobile and static facilities. The services we provide are very broad with many different elements to the business.

This particular vacancy is at Melksham Community Campus and we seek a competent individual that will help the day to day running of a café which include:

- Serving Customers
- Baking & Making food items
- Ordering and Controlling Stock Levels
- Creating pop up menu's and specials

The café will serve a variety of simple but high end products that will include
- Barista Coffee
- Sandwiches & Buddha Bowls
- Cakes & Bakes
- Toasties & Paninis
- Smoothies & Milkshakes

The shifts we are looking to cover are:

- Fridays from 10am - 6pm
- Saturdays from 7.30am - 5.30pm
- Sundays from 8.30am - 5.30pm

Holiday pay is included and there will be plenty of overtime opportunities. A new uniform will be issued along with full training. This vacancy is available with immediate effect and barista/cafe experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, including food production and kitchen management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise café staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the café
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for inventory management and scheduling

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £17,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 per week
