**Kingspan **has an exciting opportunity available for a **Production Team Leader (Nights) **to join the team based in **Sherburn-in-Elmet, near Selby**. You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis** and in return will receive a competitive salary of **Circa £35k inc. shift allowance & handovers**.

**About the Production Team Leader role**:
Working permanent nights, 39 hours per week on our state-of-the-art Manufacturing line.

Shift premium = 26.33% for rotational shifts and 35% for permanent nights.

The Team leader will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the production line and associated equipment. This includes management of their team and raw materials from input to finished product. They will be pro-active in coordinating activities associated with the production line and be fundamental in maintaining and improving upon; production, scrap, KPI’s and OEE figures. You will be comfortable working within a shift pattern and be prepared to be flexible within the workplace. You will be keen, motivated, proactive and willing to accept a challenging environment. Teamwork including building an efficient team through effective communication & management is essential to this role.

**What we're looking for in our Production Team Leader**:

- Team leader/Supervisor experience within a fast paced production environment
- Experience of developing and coaching a successful team of +5 direct reports
- A sound understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance procedures.
- Experience of ensuring that all QC processes are maintained throughout the production process.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities including LEAN/CI practices.
- Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
- IOSH trained (or equivalent)
- Certificate of basic management/ team leader training ILM (or equivalent)
