Construction Laborer

This is a self employed position for a Construction Labourer to join Built by MODE Limited.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other temporary structures
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to accomplish project goals

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in construction or related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is a plus

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Rhôs-on-Sea (required)
