We are looking for support workers with care experience to provide 1:1 support to a female adult. Service allows time to assist with Supported living ie personal care household duties and attend appointments. Support for her to access the community with her powered wheelchair.

days Monday to Friday and alternative weekends sat or sun.

**Experience required**:

- 1 years social care experience
- An understanding and work history with Cerebral palsy and fibromyalgia
- Driver's license with use of own car is desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
