An exciting role has become available at Loch Ness by Jacobite as a Booking Administrator for the 5* experience - Loch Ness by Jacobite.
This role is permanent and full time, 5 days over Monday to Friday.
**Key tasks and main responsibilities**
- Answer the phone to our customers and answer their queries in a helpful and friendly way
- Responsibility for answering radio
- Responsibility for processing group bookings
- Responsibility for ensuring there is adequate capacity for all regular tours
- Responsibility for recording passenger numbers accurately
- Responsibility for processing telephone bookings
- Facilitate adherence to summer/winter timetables for cruise tours
- Record any customer or safety issues in the approved manner
- Processing refunds - when tours are cancelled
- Processing FIT bookings
**Key tasks, skills and main responsibilities of all employees**
- Provide excellent customer service to all our visitors
- Greet customers and maintain a customer friendly attitude at all times, giving information about the company’s products and services
- Basic numerical skills
- Excellent timekeeping
- Good communication skills, particularly with team members, and a clear speaking voice
- Responsible attitude to work and safety, especially customer safety
**The post-holder should possess the following personal attributes**
- Committed to providing the best possible experience for customers
- Be a polite, courteous person with a sense of humour and the desire to exceed customers’ expectations and be committed to excellent customer care
