The role of a **Content Writer **within Cormis isn’t like many other agencies. At Cormis our mission is to transform capabilities in the real-world to unleash performance. We do this by delivering exceptional capability interventions for individuals & teams enabling people to reach their potential and drive results.

You will deliver exceptional capability interventions for individuals & teams within the pharmaceutical industry, enabling people to reach their potential and drive performance.

**Capability development workshops**: training decks, workbooks, posters, facilitator’s guides, session plans

**Business planning workshops**: Brand / business plan development - process driven workshops designed to help teams develop their plans

**Analytics documents**:surveys, questionnaires, the Cormis INVESTIGATE phase, plan review structure, reviews

**Competency & quality criteria**: stepwise capability criteria for progression & calibration

**What does the Programme Content Writer role look like across our values?**

**BRAVERY**
- As this marks an early stage of your Capability Content development career you will work on topics and media that will be new to you. Embrace it, try new things
- Most of the content you will develop will come from something already existing within the Cormis team - that doesn’t always mean it’s ideal - if you have an idea or just a concern that content could be improved or a new approach taken, speak up

**TEAMWORK**
- Whilst your role focuses on content development, you are a key member of the Cormis account teams and you will need to complete some activities that are not within this job description - do this with a smile, a sense of humour and pragmatism. If it’s taking more that 20% of your time then make sure you tell your manager so that you can concentrate on your role
- Feedback is key when you’re in a team, take care to appropriately deliver feedback both positive & developmental. Accept feedback in the spirit it’s being delivered; people’s intentions are almost always positive

**EXPERTISE**
- **The written word** - flexing your brilliant writing style to ensure it suits the audience, media & objective of the content
- **Attention to detail** - proof read your own and other’s content for quality, spelling, alignment to brief, grammar and consistency
- **Capability development** - our core areas of capability development span across Leadership, Coaching, Communication & Engagement, Cross-functional working & Business Acumen; techniques such as development of questionnaires & analysis of results; as well as some workshop techniques and activities may span across all. At this stage in your career your expertise may be at a development level - as you progress in your role, focus on the area that you want to increase your expertise in
- **Cormis processes** - project management & finance
- **Software** - MS Office suite, internet, ZOOM, Teams and online whiteboard / workshop options (eg Klaxoon & Miro)

**RELIABILITY**
- You will need to juggle multiple tasks and you have a team of people relying on you therefore this is **critical** for your role Be open and honest about the amount of time you need, check in regularly with the team so that if you have any worries about delivery they can be managed early & ensure client expectations are met (or ideally surpassed)
- You will need to work quickly at times and will need exceptional time management, entrepreneurial spirit as well as creative ideas to get the task done.
