The role if you wish to accept the challenge, is to work with a set team or Crew as we call them, that deliver Great Streat Food, unbelievable coffee and a cool experience for every customer. Oh yeah, we also make wicked Pizzas

The role is versatile with task such as Making coffee, pushing carts around, serving burgers, flipping pizzas or washing pots and pans, and all that is in the first hour of your shift. The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service whilst having fun and serving legendary food and drink.

Every day will be a learning experience, working in many different outlets, wearing many different hats. You just need determination to achieve this. READ ON.

**Applicants must be over 17 years old.**

**In this role you will be expected to**:

- For every cup of coffee you make, deliver it with great passion.
- To Upsell to every customer you come in contact with, Everyone always needs a little extra
- To support your fellow crew members with every task that is required to achieve a great service.
- To control a street food hut as if it was your own business.
- Show off and shout about the amazing food you are about to serve and the drinks you are about to upsell with it.
- To support the chef managers with Food Preparation and Food service wherever required, putting your chefs’ hat on or baseball cap and showing off your culinary skills but don’t worry we will train you
- To have soo much enthusiasm that you make cleaning tables look good
- To clean up as if it was your home and your parents are due a visit. This includes getting your hands wet and washing up in a big sink.
- To make Pizzas as if you were born to do it, and follow specs ensuring every slice is as awesome as the last.
- To be able to work in a team or on your own dependant on which unit you are working. Treat every crew member as family that you go to work with.
- To have Fun and enjoy Customers

**Now the serious Stuff which is needed in every Business**:

- To ensure we keep our customers safe by following all our health and safety rules.
- To protect our customers by completing all our relevant food safety standards and guidelines and ensure full compliance on daily diaries, temp control and service standards.
- To ensure all relevant crew member training is completed and kept up to date as expected.
- To wear and comply with all strict uniform standards which keep you and all your crew members safe.
- Most of all to be the best version of yourself and try your hardest in every task you are given. Do that and you’re awesome for the role.

**What we offer**:

- Training for your role. We cannot train you to be you, but we can train you to be a skilled you
- We are always looking to Develop internally, so you can retire here
- Holiday is accrued at 12.07% of hours worked
- Complimentary onsite parking but not chauffeured
- A meal will be provided for all shifts over 5.5 hours trust me our food is immense
