CNC Miller

Consilium are delighted to be supporting Technoset, part of Technogroup, a rapidly growing precision machining business supporting a diverse range of sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Industrial and equipment manufacturing. They are seekinga CNC Machinist with Milling experience to work on a day shift pattern, Monday to Thursday, 0600-1600hrs.

**Salary**: £ 25,451 to £ 34,577 p.a. (Dependent on Experience) + Pension + Paid Overtime

Location: Rugby, Coventry, Nuneaton, Daventry, Lutterworth, Southam

The Role

Working on a 4-day x 10 hour shift basis, Monday to Thursday, the CNC Miller will support an exciting range of manufacturing processes to bring new products into production.

Working from engineering drawings and interacting with CAD/CAM packages, you will play an active role in developing the solutions for customers.

You will work to precise GD&T requirements and ensure parts are checked and inspected prior to release to customer.

The projects are challenging and complex components for a global customer base, at a range of volumes and will include some prototyping and some developmental solutions.

You will work safely and collaboratively with the engineering team and enjoy excellent training and progression as part of the role.

The Person

The successful applicants for the CNC Miller position will be proven in CNC Machining to a multi-axis level on Milling, preferably with a recognised engineering/technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification by experience.

Fanuc controls experience is hugely advantageous in addition to any AutoDesk Fusion 360, EdgeCAM and SolidCAM familiarity. Extensive training is provided continuously for the role as part of your ongoing professional development with the business.
