**Receptionist**
We have a vacancy for a full-time Receptionist to join our busy administration team within Neath area.

40 hours a week,

08:30-17:00 Monday
- Friday.

**Main Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensuring visitors to site are compliant with site rules.
- Accepting inbound calls and diverting where necessary
- Dealing with sales enquiries and processing customer orders
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Administrative support to management team
- Administration duties including filing, scanning and photocopying
- Organising stock levels of stationery

Updating and maintaining the business management system

Facilitating meetings for the management team.

Provide administration support to all managers and operations team

**Skills Required**:

- use of Microsoft packages including outlook, excel and word.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience with administrative and office systems an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£220,000.00 per year
