Maintenance Handyman/woman

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Handy Man to join our team travelling between jobs in a vehicle either on a CIS basis or PAYE. The Handy Man will work closely with the existing team and occasionally with groundworks when colleagues are at college or annual leave. A successful Handy Man will have previous experience in a similar position and will have a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done right.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have basic knowledge on electrical and plumbing systems.
- Be able to use a drill.
- Be able to use a saw.
- Have enough physical strength and dexterity to carry furniture and other items.
- Have enough physical strength and dexterity to set up basic wooden structures.
- Have enough physical strength and dexterity to turn on the electricity, gas, and water.
- Have basic knowledge about framing walls.
- Be able to fix basic plumbing issues.
- Be able to paint houses.

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 4 years (preferred)
