**Buyer - Residential Developer**
**Oxford & Chiltern**
- One of the UK’s leading residential developers is looking to enhance their Commercial team by bringing in a Buyer for their Berkshire region.
- The business has offices and developments across the UK, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction to quality of work. They are a 5-star house builder, renowned for developments that are of a high standard that achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
**The Role**
- In this role you will oversee the buying process of multiple sites across the branch’s region of development. To begin with the role will be predominantly office and site based, however after some time the option of hybrid working is expected to become available.
**Responsibilities**:
- Placing of orders and chasing of drawings/schedules for issue to technical for approval.
- Production of materials-based budgets for relevant site/phase.
- Monthly issue of cost reports for consultation with Commercial Director.
- Resolving of invoice queries relevant to buyer role/site.
- Develop material reviews for value engineering.
- For this role they are looking for a buyer with a reasonable amount of experience in residential development, who is good at working within a team, works accurately and to a high standard, good communication skills and has a strong initiative.
**The client is offering a competitive salary of £55,000 + Package (including car allowance & bonus)**
