**Trunk collective is an independent restaurant company set up by two guys with years of experience in the Hospitality industry, they have bags of passion and enthusiasm for great food and drink.**

**Trunk Lounge -Tapas bar and Grill in Bramhall, are looking for an additional team members to join our lovely team, we are looking for ideally someone with experience in either bar or waiting on for a full or part time waiting on and bar role, you must be available to work evenings and weekends.**

**Because of the nature of the bar role, we do need someone that is 18 years or older.**

For us it is all about the quality of the food we produce and the service that we deliver to our customers. We want to work with great people that are passionate about hospitality, and food and drink.

Trunk lounge will serve food influenced by travel from brunch through to evening, along with cocktails and shakes. We aim to create a relaxed and friendly place for people to visit and to create ever lasting memories for our customers, through their great experience with the food and service that we provide.

**Who we are looking for;**

As part of the Trunk Lounge front of house team you would be responsible to ensure that you deliver a warm and friendly service to our customers and ensuring that our standards are maintained.

**It is also expected**:

- Previous experience working as a member of the waiting on staff in a table service environment.
- Experience working in a busy and high-volume restaurant is beneficial.
- Have the ability and confidence to recommend any of our wines and drinks from of our drink’s menu (after training)
- Be able to recommend with confidence dishes to our guests from of our menu.
- To make sure that each guest is made to feel like a VIP every time they come through our doors and always exceed their expectations.
- To maintain a clean work environment.
- CARE - we are looking for someone that cares, cares about people and cares about the service and quality of the work they deliver. THIS IS A MUST......

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- A high level of communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-working environment and being able to multitask.
- Wanting to give the highest standards of service and being able to meet all customer needs.
