**Purpose of job**: Responsible for the security and the cleanliness of the hotel at night time.

**Hours of Work**:11pm - 7am; 2-3 (7.5 hours per shift) shifts per week

**Main area of responsibilities**
- To ensure that strict security is maintained in respect of all money, keys, guest property, lost property and hotel equipment as per Mour standards
- To make sure the cleanliness of the hotel is up to the Mour standards.
- To address complaints properly and deal with situations smoothly as and when they arrive.
- To ensure that the public areas are cleaned in a manner that exceeds our guest’s expectations and is to the Mour standards.
- Use the appropriate materials and resources to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness (SOP and training)
- Ensure lost property is labelled, bagged and handed to the Night Manager for safe keeping on a daily basis (safe available if valuable properties)
- Report all maintenance faults to the Night manager or maintenance manager
- Ensure all resources and equipment are stocked and maintained to department standards, with control
- To carry out duties as laid down in the Front Office SOP manual and Night Managers checklist
- To carry out reasonable duties for the efficient operation of the hotel
- To communicate any potential problems to the Night Manager.
- To be aware of health & safety in your workplace.
- To comply with all licensing legislation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
