**We’re looking for a UX Designer to join a tech company helping people with mental health and learning disabilities live more independently. You'll be creating products and tools that enable one to one and digital support for neurodivergent people.This role is focussed on internal systems and tools but you may work across other product areas.
**What you’ll be doing**This is a great role that brings with it the opportunity to work on interesting, impactful technology. The product is currently used by thousands of people across the UK and offers support to people with a wide variety of needs be it anxiety, ADHD, Autism.You’ll be working with a diverse set of users, internal stakeholders and customers interacting with front and back end systems.
This role sits within the product team where you’ll be working alongside other designers as well as experienced Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers.
It'll involve discovery, looking at current tools and systems and figuring out how to improve and simplify them.
**What experience you’ll need**:

- Previous experience in a UX role involving discovery and UX design.
- Capable of conducting your own research and regularly testing with users (internal or external).
- Ideally experienced in Agile, having worked as part of cross functional teams.
- Any expeirence of internal systems and tools highly beneficial.
- Good knowledge of accessibility and usability (WCAG 2.1).
- An interest in neurodiversity and any awareness or professional experience with autism or anxiety beneficial.
