We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a role in the Bingham area on a permanent basis.

Joining an established team, working Monday to Friday 8-5.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small team, someone who is confident on the phone and has good IT skills.

Salary £25k.

Job Description\Main Duties
- Managing and processing all sales orders and invoices received.
- Maintain communication with relevant departments to ensure orders meet requirements.
- Managing carriers/shippers to obtain maximum potential in relation to cost. Obtain quotes and make bookings.
- Scanning and filing of sales documentation.
- Ensuring customs records, orders and invoices are logged and maintained.
- Review and completing all carrier/shipping invoices.
- Contributing ideas to improve procedures and ensure a high level of efficiency at all stages.
- Run month end reports for finance/packing.
