We’re going through some really exciting changes at Hallmark Care Homes, and as such, we’re growing our Recruitment Team.

If you have experience recruiting for clinical roles in an agency or an in-house environment and ideally have experience in overseas recruitment, then read on, we could have just what you’re looking for. This is a brand-new role and will give someone theopportunity to come in and shape it, making it their own.

This role works within the People and Performance team, reports to the Recruitment Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring Hallmark Care Homes engages and attracts the best talent in the market for all Clinical and Nurse roles.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of two years’ experience recruiting for clinical roles in an agency or in-house environment, and preferable experience in overseas recruitment.
- Ability to work at pace.
- Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, and comprehension.
- Preferable experience working in a multi-site role.
- Experience in managing external partnerships and PSLs.
