- **Equans are looking for a Mobile Janitor to join our Team in North Lanarkshire Schools, Bellshill ML4 3LR on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week + overtime hours. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.**

Overtime is set out as: 20-40 hrs = Plain Time. Over 40 hrs = Time and a Half.

This position also has the potential to go full time to fit in with the Business needs.

**What will you deliver?**:

- The role requires the post holder to carry out the Janitors duties on any North Lan Schools site as required. The post holder must have a high degree of flexibility as they could be asked to work different shifts on different sites at any time.
- Safe opening and closing of premises, including patrol and inspection through emergency procedures as appropriate the making secure and cleaning up of the premises.
- Liaise with Police in the event of break-in or fire and carrying out of laid down emergency procedures in these circumstances.
